Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Place is hard to find but worth it. They always manage to squeeze me in and do good work. They have loaner cars and a text message that tells you your car is done and free cookies and drinks. What else can I say!

From routine maintenance to a potential severe problem.... they'll find it and go above and beyond to let you know their recommendations. Your safety is their number one priority ..... they'll tell you if you have an immediate need and/or something you can keep an eye on till you decide to repair it.... they tell you the truth and explain everything to you. We are so grateful that they've been in McFarland all these years! Thank you for being the most dependable and experienced guys around! We keep coming back to Tom's and recommend them to everyone!

My Car had overheated just south of McFarland and I had to get a tow to their shop. I was nervous at first because I don't know much about cars and I was worried that these guys would rip me off as I would be an easy target. These guys have done just the opposite. They were able to look at my car earlier than expected and even though I did not receive good news about the condition, They were more than understanding about me not going forward with fixing it. They didn't try to scam me at all. They were fairly priced. Not only that, but being that I lived over an hour and a half away they even went the extra mile to allow me time to get out there again and take care of my car without time constraints. These guys were understanding and very kind to me. I am thankful for their service and I would recommend to anybody in the area

I was told by the madison BMW dealer that on my BMW Z3 both my rear tires were "fail status" and the two front tire were "caution." I took the car to Toms , had him order the tires which would have been over $800 installed, the BMW dealer's price was over $1000, and they told me there was nothing wrong with the tires and I didn't need new tires. You have to really appreciate the honesty of this business. They easily could have replaced the tires and I wouldn't have known any better.

Tom's Auto Center has been my go to place for all my auto care for many years. They recently did some work on my collector Mustang and got it running in tip top shape.
