Current Openings

Full time Automotive Technician (3-5 years experience minimum)

Duties to include, but not limited to:
Performing all aspects of vehicle repair and maintenance. Performing accurate vehicle inspections. Perform specific tests to properly diagnose vehicles. Performing proper and professional repairs. That includes road testing of vehicles, with customers as needed. Great Communication skills are necessary. You must help keep/maintain a clean and safe work area for yourself and your coworkers. Need to be able to lift more than 50 pounds.
* A Clean appearance and a valid regular driver’s license is necessary for this position.
* You must submit to drug testing if asked to maintain a safe environment.

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:00pm (or) 8:00 to 4:30pm. Lunch break is 30 min (unpaid)

Salary:
* Base level pay is $25 to $38/hour. Base pay during probation period.
* Flat rate pay available when billed hours are consistently over 32hrs / week. You will not be forced onto a flat rate plan if uncomfortable.
* Pay increases are based on hours billed per week and ASE certifications. (1st review @ 30 days, 90days, and yearly thereafter but not limited)
* Pay checks are weekly currently. Direct deposit paid the following Friday after the work Week.

Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year.

Uniforms: Daily uniforms paid for with cleaning service.

Vacation:
One week (40 hours) after 1st year of full-time employment.
Calculated at 1.6hrs per 40hrs worked. One additional day (8hrs) for every year of full-time employment thereafter up to a maximum of 3 weeks. (120 hrs)

Health Insurance:Single coverage Quartz insurance. Employer pays 80% and employee pays 20% of premium by weekly payroll deduction. Additional family members available.

Life Insurance: $100,000 Life insurance policy paid 100% by employer. Additional coverage may be purchased.

Retirement Plan: Employees who have received at least $5000.00 in compensation during anyone calendar year, or are expected to receive, are eligible for the retirement plan. Setup after probation period. Employer will match up to 2% of employees Income when directed into a Simple IRA plan offered through employer.

Training: All training is paid at the base hourly rate.

ASE: ASE certification is a plus. ASE testing can be provided. ASE testing is paid for at the base rate. Tests are paid for if a passing grade is achieved. ASE certifications are used for pay levels
