The whole staff at Tom’s always goes above and beyond the rest of the service industry to make sure you leave a happy customer. I have 6 auto repair shops with in 3 miles of my house, I still never hesitate to drive the next town over to Tom’s! 100% the best shop around

I have been taking my vehicles to Tom's for about 5 years and have always been happy with their service. But today they went way above and beyond. When I went to pick it up after hours I found that my truck had been kept inside until closing. It was still warm inside. This means a lot to me. I was expecting to sit in a cold truck for 20 minutes while it warmed up, but instead it was a comfortable wait while the engine warmed enough to drive. This is an amazingly thoughtful level of service that is rare to find these day. I really appreciate all that you guys do.
