To Whom it may concern: Just letting you know that my experience with Tom's Auto Center just keep's getting better with every visit. The service that I requested was not needed at this time. So instead of doing that job, they let me know that I needed something much less, which saved me some money! No other auto shop that I ever had service with was HONEST like that. I highly recommend Tom's Auto Center for there auto services, to anyone.

Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly staff. They make it easy to make an appointment, drop off and pick up your car. Having the option of a loaner car is very helpful. My car was done on time. The estimate was right on target.

My wife and I have been customers of Tom’s Auto Center for years and they have always done an excellent job in servicing our van. They always handle everything very friendly and professionally. Their service desk does an excellent job of explaining what was done on our van and also what might be needed in the future. The two people on the service desk are the best my wife and I have ever experienced. Tom’s Auto Center does repairs right the first time without going back for the same work a second time.

Excellent service! My tire had a nail. It needed to be replaced. It was late in the day. Tom himself went to pick up the tire so it could be repaired by the end of the day. I really appreciated this.
