Everyone at Tom’s Auto are great!

Employees at Tom's auto center are very easy to speak with and they give great advice about issues with my car and my husband's truck. We have continued to go to the for service repeatedly even though we now live much farther away.

The staff at Tom's has always been amazing. I worked with Meesha on this most recent visit. She is always super friendly, very helpful, explains things well, follows up appropriately and timely and goes out of her way to find various options/solutions at a cost effective solution. She genuinely cares about her customers.

Outstanding service

Even with a shop full of cars, Tom's took my car in and fixed a problem immediately. They even gave me a loaner to use while the work was being done. They are all competent, friendly and professional.

The experience was service was well done and professional. all of the work was explained as far as what was in need of repair and what parts needed to be replaced.
