The place is clean, work was done quickly (I had a set of tires unmount and replace with a set of snow tires), and the price was reasonable. The staff was awesome, especially Misha (sp?).

I've been going to Tom's Auto for roughly 10 years now. Along with the great service, friendly staff and free loaner cars, they're always flexible with a schedule that works for you. Including emergencies. As long as I live in the Madison area, it's where I will always take my vehicle for service.
