Employees at Tom's auto center are very easy to speak with and they give great advice about issues with my car and my husband's truck. We have continued to go to the for service repeatedly even though we now live much farther away.

She is always super friendly, very helpful, explains things well, follows up appropriately and timely and goes out of her way to find various options/solutions at a cost effective solution. She genuinely cares about her customers.
