Wonderful experience. They were able to diagnose quickly how bad my problem was and get me in a loaner car for the day. They also worked with the tire manufacturer to get my warranty refund. Made it so very simple for me.

Best vehicle repair experience I've ever had. During the initial inspection, the technicians take pictures of the parts in question and create a Digital Inspection document that they can text and email to you. It details the current state of the vehicle as well as the recommended repairs. Next they text/email a quote and take the time to walk through and explain the planned repairs. Throughout the process they were extremely communicative and friendly. They do a great job of making the process transparent and stress-free. I can't recommend these guys enough. 5 stars.

We have been to so many different mechanics as we moved around in IL and WI. None of them have impressed us as much as Tom's Auto Center. I have so many good things to say about them, I don't know where to start. They treat us like longtime friends, and they remember who we are and the details about our cars each time we call. They never make me feel dumb when I ask basic car questions. Their level of customer service is above and beyond. They even treat my kids like special guests. Meesha and Tom also went out of their way to help us learn how to sell our car by owner (we've never done it before). When my car nearly died on the highway, and I called them, Meesha talked me through some basic safety checks and then through all of my options. I was freaking out, and she calmed me down and made me feel like I was bringing my car to a trustworthy friend. I really appreciate they level of safety and precaution during the pandemic. They allow us to pay over the phone or a text-to-pay app, so we can do a contactless drop off and pickup. The staff wears masks, and they sanitized my keys! I could go on and on, but this review is getting long. To sum it up, I'm so glad to have such an exceptional mechanic in our neighborhood.
