Tom's is incredible. I cannot say enough great things about them but I'll try. They answered the first time I called, which alone would stand as an outstanding office staff compared to many auto shops we've dealt with before. Secondly, the staff was incredibly kind and gracious every step of the way. We worked mostly with Kerry, who is patient, a great listener and has every ounce of intention with his communication as he does with his work on vehicles. Hw sent over a full inspection report before asking for my final consent to maks repairs and it was thorough and easy to comb through for the most urgent matters. We were fully informed of realistic price quotes, the age and varying degrees of wear and tear on everything under the hood and the time it would take to make such repairs every step of the way. They indicated and properly documented both mine and my spouse on our account and all documentation and they sent appropriate reminders and confirmations. Tom, the man himself, then personally texted us after our appointment, as well! The team at this shop runs like a well oiled machine.
