The process from making the appt to picking up my vehicle was handled smoothly. I appreciated Cary's responsiveness when needing estimate information (and with communications in general). Although I've moved out of McFarland, I will continue to use Tom's Auto Center. Auto repair overall is more expensive. The key for my return business is communication, willingness to problem solve, courteous and personable interactions and planning ahead so specific parts are on hand when needed (of course, this requires customer to do their due diligence by telling Service Advisor the needs of their vehicle). Availabilty of loaner vehicle is extremely helpful. From my perspective, this place is organized and efficiently maintained. Thank you.
