I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism that I found at Tom's Auto Center. My car's problem was diagnosed and repaired very quickly. The courtesy inspection was an unexpected bonus. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Prices are a little higher than I would like but I have always had good work done that I could trust. I like the ability to be able to view the pictures of the problems online before approving the work. At one time I felt that the brakes may be going bad. They made their examination and said the brakes were in good shape. Most other places would of replaced all the brakes whether they needed to be replaced or not.

Tom's Auto Center has been great to work with. Our company has 8 vehicles that get serviced regularly and the staff is friendly, on time, and the communication is fantastic. Highly recommend
