Tom’s Auto has gone above and beyond to assist in the training of future auto technicians here in McFarland. These guys are the best. They really helped me out big time, couldn't get my oil cap off to add oil, told me to run it in. Went above and beyond for me and this is why I have used them again and again. They will save you money over dealerships and provide awesome service as well. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Cary and the mechanic who worked on my truck were very thorough and great in their communication with me. The texted pictures and the vehicle health report are an awesome tool to help understand what they are seeing. The mechanic did a great job with the pictures to show exactly what needed to be replaced on my truck. The work quality has always been great. Thank you guys.

I have to admit to sitting on this review for about 3 months, for many reasons. The main one is looking for the correct way to express myself. When I made an appointment to get the oil changed in our 2010 Nissan Cube ( with about 120k on it ), I had also asked to have a roof trim strip replaced as well, figuring it was within budget. Then, I got the pictures of the cracks in the front 'A' arms, and the drip from the transmission coolant line. Needless to say, that 'within budget' calculation went out the window in a hurry. But, with everything said and done, I am totally appreciative of the thoroughness and care that the crew at Tom's puts into their work. Their attentiveness not only kept an otherwise great car from needing even more expensive repairs, they probably helped us avoid a nasty accident if one of those front wheels had collapsed on the highway. So thanks again to all, and enjoy that boat payment that I dropped on you that day ( just kidding ).

Every employee called me by name as they spoke to me. I love the new waiting area furniture. So comfortable. Can't say enough about the curtesy and friendliness of the staff. All said goodbye when I left. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt appreciated.
