Tom's Auto is great. My favorite thing about them is that they take the time to explain everything, why certain repairs are necessary, etc. They don't use complicated jargon or talk down to you if you don't know anything about cars. They're trustworthy, honest, and they fix it right every time. You can't go wrong with Tom's.

Dear Tom’s, We can’t thank you enough for your help and assistance with our van emergency today. When the van started shaking, and the check engine light came on flashing, all I could think of was how I needed to get to Tom’s because you would help me out. And you sure did! With the holidays coming up, I know you were fully booked and busy. But you made time to look over our van AND give me a ride home. And then you called later on to confirm that you could get our car done by tomorrow! Amazing! And then! You noticed that we had 3 car seats for our kids in our van, so you found us a loaner car that would be able to fit all of our car seats, and even installed them in the loaner car for us! We just can’t thank you enough for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and amazing service. You truly helped make a stressful situation so much better for us, and we are so very grateful.
