We have used Tom’s Auto Center for years for all of our automotive needs. Recently my daughter’s 2009 Honda Accord experienced brake trouble. We had just replaced the brakes on the vehicle 14 months ago including calipers, pads, and rotors. It turns out that one of the calipers had failed, doing some real damage in the process. Tom’s Auto Center went out of their way to make this right, including covering the cost of materials and labor even though the warranty period had expired at 12 months. They very easily could have fallen back on that fact, and we would have been stuck with the bill. Hats off to Tom’s Auto Center, including all of their great employees, for exhibiting good old fashion customer service!
