Started going to Tom's for my 2018 Tundra and was immediately impressed with the ease of scheduling, attention to detail in the work summary so I kept coming back. We recently purchased a new Subaru and this was our 2nd oil change since the purchase (1st was at the dealer). Again, appreciate the ease of scheduling and detailed work summary (with pictures). They caught a flaw in the oil pan the dealer didn't catch last time so we can get it fixed while still under warranty. For me it comes down to trust, and I feel like I have a car care partner with Tom's.
