Tom's Auto is fantastic. They help us keep track of what work needs to be done and rates it with a level of priority if we are unable to complete everything during one visit. They typically are easy to get us on the schedule the following week. With their car loaner program, it allows for a lot more flexibility to schedule something to get our work done since we are a dual-income family with 3 small children. Their staff always has a clear line of communication. By far, Tom's Auto is one of the best experiences I have had in working with a car servicing company.
