This is probably the best way to put it - I trust the staff here completely with my vehicle and my wallet. Longer version - Their quotes are detailed and my final bill is often slightly lower than the original quote. The place is always clean and the front desk staff is the most helpful and friendly of any auto shop to which I've ever been. The mechanics are experienced and understand the details of my 2011 Camry, evidenced by the fact that I've never needed a repeat visit for the same issue. Twice (over the past year) I've brought my car in with no appointment for super minor things, and both times someone was very nice to help me right away, no charge. If you have any concerns about your mechanic or the work for which you're being charged, I'd recommend an appointment at Tom's Auto Center for a second (ie, correct and honest) opinion.
