I trust Tom's. Everyone is really nice. They explain things really well.

I was referred to Tom's Auto since moving to Madison around 3 years ago and have been coming here ever since. They are always kind and take very good care of my car and me. Since I am mechanically compromised I rely on mechanics to keep me safe on the road I appreciate this. They are warm and welcoming and never suggest anything I don't need even if I think I need it. I also receive a print out of the status of my auto and what I may need in the future. I heartily recommend them. In addition the shop and waiting area is clean and comfortable with a lovely restroom the likes of which I have seen only in high quality hair salons. On the whole, you and your car will be very well cared for.

Very satisfied. They worked until a problem was resolved. Had a loaner so my schedule was not inconvenienced. Professional service writers and repairmen. Tom made my car was taken care of to my satisfaction.

It’s the only place I’ll take my cars. They do a great inspection and tell you what you might need now or in the near future, but not in a pushy, upsell kind of way. I take both my Toyota and BMW there and can tell you they are way below dealer cost for service and I’ve always had great service and workmanship. Cody and Cary are very knowledgeable and great resources with any questions you have about your vehicle or others.
