Tom's Auto did a wonderful job. The mechanics have always done great work on our vehicles. I love that they offer loaner cars to their customers, it's a nice perk of going there. The gentlemen who work at the service counter are friendly and efficient, they listen to all your concerns and they make sure they're noted so the mechanics check them out. Our whole family has their vehicles serviced there.

Great service! I needed tires for my trailer and was concerned about weight for the unit. All my questions were answered, time to install was spot on - very satisfied. I have used Tom's for the last 20 + years and have watched them grow. Sometimes when a company expands the personal touch goes away but Tom's has continued that eye on service. We appreciate the answers to our auto questions and the solutions.

My car was having issues mid-day on the interstate and I was close to the Monona Drive/Stoughton Road exit. I have been to Tom's before and knew that they had loaner cars since I didn't have an appointment. I dropped it off and got a FREE loaner car to use until my car was fixed. It took a few days to get on their schedule, get the parts in and repair it. The loaner car was great and very handy when I really needed it. Service is always great and the inside of the building is always clean!
