I live close-by in McFarland but I would come from many miles further for this outstanding service. Tom's facility has been convenient, affordable, and trustworthy for me. Service Advisor Cody saved me hundreds of dollars by his diligent research for more inexpensive parts. Always available loaner cars and a friendly staff. Tom's Auto did a wonderful job. The mechanics have always done great work on our vehicles. I love that they offer loaner cars to their customers, it's a nice perk of going there. The gentlemen who work at the service counter are friendly and efficient, they listen to all your concerns and they make sure they're noted so the mechanics check them out. Our whole family has their vehicles serviced there.

Great service! I needed tires for my trailer and was concerned about weight for the unit. All my questions were answered, time to install was spot on - very satisfied. I have used Tom's for the last 20 + years and have watched them grow. Sometimes when a company expands the personal touch goes away but Tom's has continued that eye on service. We appreciate the answers to our auto questions and the solutions.
